This property has 4 camp spots. Sites 1 and 4 have a boat landing. All sites have shades trees that can hold hammocks. All sites are right next to the lake. Site 3 has a dock that all can use. There is excellent swimming with a sandy bottom at the south end of the lake. The lake is stocked with perch in 2024 but has walleye, northern, bass as well. It is also close to many lakes that are good for fishing. I have a 14' fishing boat with trolling motor, a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and canoe for campers to use for free. Firewood is available for $5/day. There is some hiking on the property and much near by. Biking is also good with small lakes nearby to visit. The camping here is very peaceful with wonderful views and the wildlife is awesome! 120 volt power is at all sites and 220 can reach sites 2 and 3. There is warm showers and flushing toilets. Also all sites are drive through on hard ground grass. Grates are provided for cooking over the fire. There is Wi-Fi internet that reaches sites 1-3

Site 4 - Camping on private lake
Hidden Gem!!
We had an AMAZING time here. My friends and I camped here for 2 nights to celebrate my 21st birthday and had an absolute blast. Very private and incredibly scenic. Jim was an absolutely amazing host. He said we could pick any campsite we wanted when we arrived since no one else was there during the same days. He hooked us up with power even though we were tent camping, and even brought down a mini fridge for us to use! He also didn't mind when we ended up needing to bring an additional vehicle. My friends and I kept saying how he is such a cool guy and is living the dream life! Not sure if this matters to anyone, but as someone who grew up in a house with toilet paper snobs, the TP here is great quality. I'm talking Charmin Ultrasoft. Not a big factor in choosing a campsite, but definitely a nice surprise! Overall had such an amazing time. The lake is great, the site is private, the boats were so fun, we felt safe the whole time, Jim was awesome, and we had an absolute blast! I can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely be going back.

Great spot to get away with pets!
Great little secluded spot on a private lake. Easy drive-in access to the sites, nice fire pits and grill grates. My pup really enjoyed swimming in the lake

Beautiful Spot. Great host.
Jims property is really nice and the lake is really pretty. Had a great conversation with Jim! Weather didn’t cooperate bit could see it being great for going out on the lake with kayaks that were provided and fishing. Each site had some furniture as well which was nice to had a table or chair available. Flush toilet is a bonus!!

Great experience. Quiet and large property with lots of room to spread out. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved camping at Jim's hipcamp! The site was spacious and far enough away from the other campers which was awesome because I have a reactive dog. The property is well maintained and you can park right next to your tent. I loved being able to camp right next to the lake. Awesome campsite!
